Delete your account
Deleting an account removes the Metaphysical Fit account and associated synced app data. It does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Delete from the app
- Open Metaphysical Fit and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Secure account.
- Choose the account-deletion option and confirm.
- The app signs out after the deletion request succeeds.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@paradoxforge.co from the address used for the account with the subject “Metaphysical Fit account deletion.” We may send a verification step to protect the account from unauthorized deletion. Do not send passwords or payment information.
Data deleted
- Supabase authentication account and active sessions
- Synced Metaphysical Fit state and progress associated with the account
- Server-side consent and pseudonymous analytics records associated with the account where technically linked
- Cached subscription entitlement records controlled by Metaphysical Fit
Data not deleted automatically
- Local app data on a device. Use the in-app erase option or clear/uninstall the app.
- Google Play transaction and subscription records. Cancel or manage the subscription in Google Play.
- Records retained by Google, RevenueCat, or other processors under their legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security obligations.
- Minimal records we must retain to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements.
Timing
In-app deletion removes active account data promptly after a valid request. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days. Residual encrypted backups expire according to provider backup schedules unless longer retention is legally required.
Cancel Premium separately
Deleting the account does not cancel billing. Open Google Play, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel Metaphysical Fit if you do not want it to renew.
