Wellness and educational use
The app provides meditation, breath, reflection, sound, traditional-wellness, spiritual, and personal-growth content. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice and does not create a professional relationship.
Safety
Use the app only where reduced attention is safe. Do not use it while driving. Stop a practice that causes pain, dizziness, panic, distress, or concerning symptoms. Breath retention may be unsuitable during pregnancy or for some cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, fainting, or panic conditions. Seek qualified professional advice when needed. The app is not emergency or crisis care.
Metaphysical and traditional frameworks
Chakras, energy, crystals, herbs, sound-frequency labels, abundance, manifestation, and visualization are presented as cultural, spiritual, educational, or reflective frameworks. They are not medical anatomy, diagnosis, treatment, financial advice, or guaranteed mechanisms for external outcomes.
No guaranteed outcomes
The app does not guarantee sleep, healing, income, employment, business success, a particular emotional shift, spiritual experience, relationship result, habit, or other outcome. Examples or testimonials describe individual experiences, not promises.
Accounts
The permanent free core can be used without an account. Optional account features require accurate information and reasonable protection of your sign-in access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date. The purchase screen shows the localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial before confirmation. You can restore eligible purchases in the app and manage or cancel through your Google Play account. Refunds are handled under Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
You may use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, redistribute or resell protected content, scrape the catalog, reverse engineer except where law permits, upload malware, impersonate another person, or train a model on protected scripts, audio, artwork, or editorial material without written permission.
Intellectual property
Metaphysical Fit software, original scripts, audio, artwork, trademarks, and editorial material belong to Paradox Forge or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We may repair, update, add, remove, or discontinue features and content. We aim to preserve purchased access as required by store rules and applicable law, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Responsibility and legal limits
You choose whether and how to apply app practices and remain responsible for your decisions and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of guaranteed outcomes, and Paradox Forge and its licensors are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on spiritual or reflective content. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may erase local data, export account data, or request account deletion using the published deletion process.
