Who operates the app
Metaphysical Fit is operated by Paradox Forge. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@paradoxforge.co.
Information stored on your device
The app can store check-ins, state-shift outcomes, private reflections, Highest Self writing, Block Cards, aligned actions, favorites, progress, history, affirmation preferences, and playback positions. On supported Android devices, sensitive app state is stored in an encrypted local database with a separately protected key. Android backup is disabled for this private app data.
Guest data stays on the device and may be lost if the app is removed, storage is erased, or the device fails.
Information processed when you choose an account or sync
If you create an optional account, we process your email address, account identifier, authentication records, consent choices, and any app state you explicitly choose to sync. Synced records are protected by user-specific access controls. Account creation and marketing consent are separate choices.
Purchases
Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat receives store transaction identifiers, product and entitlement information, subscription status, and an app user identifier so the app can provide and restore Premium access. Metaphysical Fit does not receive your complete payment-card details.
Analytics and reliability
Optional analytics is off until you enable it. When enabled, the app may send pseudonymous events such as practice started or completed, a catalog session identifier, coarse outcome direction, app version, and non-sensitive failure codes. The analytics interface rejects private reflection text, action titles, email addresses, and Highest Self writing.
Release builds may use privacy-limited crash reporting to collect app version, device and operating-system class, stack traces, and redacted technical diagnostics. Default personal information, screenshots, view hierarchy, private wellness text, and performance tracing are disabled.
Service providers
- Supabase provides optional authentication, cloud sync, account export and deletion, entitlement records, and privacy-safe operational services.
- Cloudflare R2 provides private audio and artwork storage and short-lived delivery links.
- RevenueCat provides subscription entitlement management.
- Google Play provides app distribution and payment processing.
- Sentry may provide privacy-limited crash reporting when enabled in a release build.
These providers process data only for their stated service purposes under their own contractual and legal obligations. We do not permit them to use private practice writing for advertising or AI training.
Information we do not collect for launch
The app does not request contact-list access, precise location, medical records, medication lists, raw biometric data, full calendar access, advertising identifiers tied to wellness behavior, or audio recordings. It does not collect birth date, birth time, or birth location.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you erase it in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Optional synced data remains while your account is active. You can export your account data and request deletion from the app. Active account and synced records are deleted promptly; limited security, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may be retained when required by law or provider obligations.

Security
We use encrypted transport, local encryption for sensitive native app state, short-lived media links, deny-by-default database rules, restricted administrative credentials, and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure. Contact us if you believe your account or information is at risk.
Children
Metaphysical Fit is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a younger user, the user must have that consent before using the app or creating an account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. You can disable optional analytics, keep using the free core without an account, disable cloud sync, export account data, erase local data, or request account deletion.
Changes
We will update this policy before materially changing what data the app collects or how it is used. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
